A little about us…

Our family office thinks of real estate not as a single practice, but as several interlocking ones. Landscapes are inseparable from structures, ecology is inseparable from building requirements, and foresight is the most important factor in all of our projects.

As partners with our tenants, we strive for honesty and clarity. Our first job is to understand the tenant’s vision and needs, not to present our own. We value direct communication as well as the occasional face-to-face meeting over a drink or a meal.

Over the years, we have been fortunate to collaborate with some excellent tenants on wonderful projects. A building exists in time and its usefulness is directly related to how well it continues to perform.
